Advocating for design, design awareness in technology, and the design legacy
Why does design matter? What amazing parts of our immediate living environment do we owe to the designers, the architects, urban planners, industrial, digital products? Why are some things more easy to use, more comfortable to use, more pleasing to look at than others?
Truly meaningful and lasting design is not exclusive, but is existing everywhere around us––from the sidewalk you took on the way to work to your bedroom’s door handle. It’s time to zoom into the overlooked parts of design, often the most essential parts to our everyday lives because we are most accustomed to them.
Everything around us is an artifact of design.
